Polk County Health Center provides services for promoting and protecting the health of populations using knowledge from social and public health sciences. The staff at the Polk County Health Center is comprised of a dedicated, enthusiastic group of individuals who meet the challenges of public health every day with determination and persistence. Recognizing that gains and successes are often small, the staff continues in its effort to make Polk County a healthier and better community.

Hours:

Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. We are closed for lunch between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m., daily. Our holiday schedule usually follows the Missouri state holiday schedule.
