Lab Services - General Lab Work
The Polk County Health Center provides laboratory services on Wednesday and Friday mornings between the hours of 8:00 AM and 11:30 AM.
- Please call our office to set up an appointment. 417-326-7250
- Please bring a note or order from your doctor stating which labs you will need.
- All laboratory fees must be collected before the specimen will be sent to the laboratory.
- Results will be faxed to your physician usually within 24-48 hours depending on the test. Specimens obtained on Fridays will be faxed to the physician on Monday.
