Family Health - TB (Tuberculosis) Program
The Polk County Health Center offers TB skin testing for $5.00.
Tuberculosis skin tests are available for people who have symptoms or have been exposed to a confirmed case of tuberculosis at no cost. Follow-up is done on TB infection and TB disease. Medication can be obtained from the health department (provided by the Missouri Department of Health) with a doctor's order free of charge for those clients with infection or disease.
