The Polk County Health Center is in the process of expanding our facilities to meet the growing needs of the community. Our current building is 39 years old and we have outgrown it. Despite the use of storage buildings and reorganization to use the space we have most efficiently, we are overcrowded. Currently, we are in the design phase for renovations and additions to our existing building.

Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. We are closed for lunch between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m., daily. Our holiday schedule usually follows the Missouri state holiday schedule.
